The existing two-family town-home structure converted into single family. A significant structural scope of renovation included new pool installed at cellar level (excavation and underpinning of foundation wall). New skylight at basement level to provide light to pool (shoring & permanent support of existing rear building masonry wall), re-structuring of roof to support new roof terrace, bulkheads, re-structuring within elevator for re-location of rail supports, new feature stair at existing fire stair location, new front facade.
