MEDI WINEBAR
A significant renovation of the existing restaurant space. Structural scope included lowering of existing basement slab level to accommodate increased ceiling height (accomplished by “benching” the bottom of the foundation walls, no underpinning), installation of new columns, beams, and footings to accommodate lowering of basement, reinforcing/sistering of existing wood joist framing.
